Tap the Progress tab within the OOMPH app to view your progress as you train towards earning your black belt. The first stat that is displayed is the color of your current belt and the % of workouts that you’ve completed in order to attain your next belt. To earn your next belt, you must complete all 5 workouts per week for 6 weeks, totalling 30 workouts. So, for example, if you’ve completed 15 white belt workouts, the system will display 50% to indicate that you’ve completed ½ of your white belt workouts.
In addition, the progress tab displays the estimated total number of calories that you’ve burned in this current belt, the average number of calories that you’ve burned per workout and the total number of minutes that you’ve worked out during this current belt.
Below your progress statistics, the system displays the different belts, in order of level, with your current belt highlighted in that color.
To share your belt progress, tap the share button at the top right of the screen.
